• Do anything that could damage the Site.
• Use automated systems to send more requests to our servers than a person could manually.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, belongs to Clean Ontario Inc. You can’t use, copy, distribute, or create anything from our content without our written permission.

The Site has information on setting up, installing, and maintaining commercial pressure washing, water recycling, and hot water generator equipment. While we aim for accuracy, we don’t guarantee the information is complete or reliable. Use it at your own risk.

Prices are available only to registered users and can change without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees aren’t included unless specified.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clean Ontario Inc. isn’t responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Site.
• Unauthorized access to our servers or your personal information.
• Interruptions or bugs on the Site.
• Viruses or other harmful elements transmitted through the Site.

You agree to protect and hold Clean Ontario Inc. and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or costs, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to resolve any disputes in Ontario courts.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid by a court, the rest will still apply.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Clean Ontario Inc. regarding the Site and replace any prior agreements.
