All water treatment systems should include adequate water pre-treatment prior to introducing industrial wastewater to additional filtration systems. Depending on water conditions, it may require removing heavy solids or free-floating oils, or simply adjusting the water pH. WaterMaze Water Treatment Systems has got you covered.
Pre-Treatment Wash Water Recycling

PH-3020D
The PH-3020 water treatment system maintains proper pH of wastewater in order for solids to settle out quicker, emulsified oils to become more buoyant, and for some metals to precipitate.

CLT-300
The CLT-300 clarifier system can be applied as a pre-treatment, post-treatment or as a stand alone water treatment system. It features a 300 gal tank with lid and manual purge at the bottom.
Oil/Water Separation
Oil-water separators and filters are applied to applications where oils are buoyant and floating on the surface. The physical characteristics of the influent oil/water wastewater or sewage mixture will determine which method of treatment and separation will best meet the requirements for the job.

CL Series
The CL Series of clarifiers are capable of pre-treatment, sewer discharge, or recycling wash water. With cross-linked cone-bottom tanks, they are also an effective solids and oil/water separator.

Alpha Series
The Alpha is a highly effective above-ground oil/water separator that treats and discharges collected wash water to meet local and federal sewer sanitation regulations.
Mechanical Filtration
Mechanical wastewater filtration systems are designed to remove suspended solids from water. It is important to confirm the water quality requirements for the intended water use and select a system that removes enough of the particles. Fortunately, the systems can handle everything from raw sewage treatment, to wash water treatment, and everything in between.

CL-304A
The CL-304A clarifier is capable of water pre-treatment, sewer discharge, or recycling wash water. With its cross-linked cone-bottom tanks, it separates solids as well as oils from wash water.

CLP Series
The CLP mechanical wastewater filtration and recycling system uses its easy-to-operate controls, resulting in cleaner water, reduced odor problems, lower maintenance costs, and a smoother operation.
Coagulation and Flocculation
Coagulation and flocculation helps to remove suspended particles or emulsified oils from water. When combined with other technologies, it can produce exceptional water quality with minimal maintenance and successfully treat a broad range of waste streams.

CoAg Series
The CoAg employs chemical coagulation and flocculation water treatment technology to enhance and speed up the process of removing suspended solids and most types of emulsified oils.

REC2-20A
The REC2-20A clean water recycle module automatically manages the flow of treated water for reuse. It can be applied as a stand-alone module or applied where water recycling is required.
Bio-Remediation & Water Evaporation
Bio-remediation uses living microbes that are applied to help break down organic carbon-based molecules, effectively creating a wastewater biodigester that renders the organic compounds into harmless carbon dioxide and water. Bioremediation water treatment systems can be a user-friendly, and cost-effective method for treating certain types of water.
Evaporation using Water Maze’s industrial wastewater evaporator technology can translate into major cost savings and a quick return on investment for the purchase of the equipment when compared with the high costs associated with off-site disposal of water. We have a variety of water distiller systems available for whatever you may need.

CLB Series
The CLB Series are bio-digesters designed to discharge commercial and industrial waterwater, incorporating high-efficiency aerobic microbial water treatment technology.

HBG Series
Evaporation technology can translate into major cost savings and a quick return on investment for the purchase of the equipment when compared with the high costs associated with off-site disposal of water. HBG Series of water distiller systems come in two sizes for 15 and 30 gallon evaporation rates per hour.

WB Series
Evaporation technology can translate into major cost savings and a quick return on investment for the purchase of the equipment when compared with the high costs associated with off-site disposal of water. WB Series of energy-efficient wastewater evaporator systems come in 2 sizes 60 gallons per hour and 120 gallons per hour.
